📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of projects.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure compliance with company goals.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement training programs for customer service staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and strategic planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in customer service or strategic planning is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
