📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop interior layouts for retail spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to finalize design concepts and specifications.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and furniture.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Present design proposals to clients and obtain approvals.
- Oversee the construction phase, ensuring designs are executed accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail interior design.
- Proven experience in contractor projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
