📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth inventory flow.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Manage warehouse staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., CWMS, CWI, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
