📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain company facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee IT project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Experience in IT project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
