• Provide technical support to retail clients for EDC systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain EDC systems at client locations.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deployment of EDC systems.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest EDC technology trends and best practices.
• Train retail staff on the proper use and maintenance of EDC systems.
• Participate in on-call support to address urgent technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in EDC technical support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of EDC systems and related technologies, such as Windows, Linux, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in using tools like Wireshark, Putty, and TeamViewer.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and payment processing technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
