📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
• Provide directions to guests and ensure they are comfortable with their accommodations.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including collecting keys and providing necessary information.
• Monitor the property for any signs of maintenance or security issues, reporting them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is ready for daily use.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed, such as running errands or supporting other departments.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the property to all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of Bali's attractions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
