📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in office buildings.
• Inspect and repair minor issues such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or facility management.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
