📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through outbound and inbound strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate and close sales deals with a focus on achieving agreed-upon targets
• Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven sales experience in a related field, preferably in the digital advertising industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales performance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
