Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize our daily operations, including property listings, transactions, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow our market presence and improve our operational performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate professionals, developers, and technology partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative solutions and network with key players in the real estate technology space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate or PropTech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of operations professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of the real estate industry in Indonesia, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using operational management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
