📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring efficient and accurate testing processes.
• Manage and coordinate the work of laboratory technicians and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards, including ISO 15189 and CAP accreditation.
• Maintain and update laboratory records and documentation using LabSoft and Epic.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance.
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a diagnostic or medical testing facility.
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Administration (MLA) or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using LabSoft and Epic.
