📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control systems.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for optimization.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team.,Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on warehouse performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field.,Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
