Hokian Dian Health Center is looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and mentoring to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver lesson plans and curricula aligned with educational standards.,Conduct classroom activities, assessments, and evaluations to monitor student progress.,Provide individual and group instruction to students with varying learning needs.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.,Collaborate with other educators, parents, and stakeholders to support student success.,Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.,Stay updated on best practices in education and incorporate new teaching strategies as needed.,Participate in school-wide events and extracurricular activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Valid teaching certification or license is preferred.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
