In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Coordinate with the head office for inventory replenishment and promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
