📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Ensure food quality and consistency in all dishes.,Handle customer complaints and maintain high standards of service.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
