📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Manage the company's budget and resources to ensure optimal utilization,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
