📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants to achieve daily sales targets.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier counter.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high performance.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and cashier reports.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Knowledge of cash handling procedures and security.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to operate POS systems and other sales software.
