📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to client needs.,Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of client needs and ability to develop tailored solutions.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
