Resto Bimo Geprek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the branch meets its financial targets.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
