📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience and engage students.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student well-being and success.
• Attend to the administrative tasks related to classroom management and student records.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and events that enrich the educational experience for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian national curriculum standards and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
