📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute video and photo shoots for real estate properties, ensuring high-quality visual content.
• Edit and post-process video and photo content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for visual content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and models to ensure smooth execution of shoots.
• Manage post-production workflows, including color grading, sound design, and special effects.
• Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video and photography.
• Provide regular reports and updates on project progress and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video and photo production and editing.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in video and photo production.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
