📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
