📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing campaigns.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Following up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and to close sales.,Assisting in the training and development of new team members.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
