📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure smooth store operations.,Promote the store's products and services to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
