📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Monitor and manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide financial guidance and support to the accounting team.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
