This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast future supply chain needs.,Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior supply chain staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
