📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate office administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.,Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Manage office budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or similar role.,Strong knowledge of office administration, employee relations, and procurement processes.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
