📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure that the fleet is always operational and safe.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and insurance requirements.
  • Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.
  • Provide training and support to new drivers and mechanics.
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
