In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.,Identify and qualify leads to ensure a high conversion rate.,Present company products and services effectively to meet customer needs.,Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quota.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
