📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and improvements,Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in Indonesian and English
