LUNAR Mandiri is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team in Padang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including budgeting and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.,Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
