📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure quality and consistency.,Provide operational training and support to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations management or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
