📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging theater classes, workshops, and performances for students of all ages
• Develop and implement theater programs that align with the cultural heritage of Bangka Belitung

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Theater, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a theater educator or performer
• Proven track record of teaching theater to students of various ages and skill levels
• Strong understanding of theater techniques, including acting, directing, and stagecraft
• Ability to design and deliver engaging theater classes and workshops
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with cultural traditions and practices of Bangka Belitung
• Passion for inspiring and nurturing young artists
