Bengkel Fajar Coffee is a leading coffee company in Dili, East Timor. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Representatives in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support Sales Representatives in achieving sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in the organization and management of sales data and reports.,Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of coffee and the coffee industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Tetum languages.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
