Figma is looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our Product Launches team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that drive product adoption and user engagement. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure that our brand messaging and visual identity are consistent and compelling across all touchpoints.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute brand strategies for product launches, including brand messaging, visual identity, and digital assets.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.,Create and maintain brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and imagery.,Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and email campaigns.,Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform brand strategy and design decisions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand design and marketing.,Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.,Manage and mentor junior designers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.,Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing materials.,Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.,Experience with user research and data-driven decision making.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Passion for design and a commitment to creating meaningful and engaging user experiences.
