📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales targets.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the B2B sector.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
